Pricing Policy

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices advertised do not include shipping, handling or applicable sales taxes.

While we make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate both in-store as well as online, prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any pricing increases or decreases that may take place. We do reserve the right to advise you of any errors in our listings or price changes prior to processing, and you will have the option to accept the newly adjusted price or to cancel the order.

Online Shopping Policy

The Camera Store reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason.

Orders placed online with The Camera Store are not binding until the order is processed and accepted by The Camera Store. Your credit card is not charged at the time you place your order online - your credit card is pre-authorized. All charges will be processed within 7 days of placing the order. We will notify you if we are aware of any significant delays. In this case, we will void the pre-authorization and invoice you at a later date when the item(s) arrive.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide accurate contact information (such as name, email, telephone number and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Although we make every effort to have available stock of all of our products, certain items such as binoculars, some lenses, or printers may be labelled as Special Order on our website. This means we must order in your item from the vendor for you, and we will contact you once your product has arrived in the store. When ordering a Special Order item, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the item within 7 days of the order being placed.

In-Store Pickup Policy

Items purchased for in-store pickup can only be picked up by the cardholder. Photo ID will be requested. Failure to produce photo ID will result in your order being held. No third-party pickups are allowed.

For in stock items please allow 24 hours for order processing. A pickup email notification will be sent when your order is ready. If you place an in-store pick-up order during the weekend, please be aware your order will NOT be ready for pick-up until the following business day. When placing an order for in-store pickup, you will receive the following 3 emails from us:

1) An email indicating that we have received your online order and it is pending

2) An email indicating that we are processing your online order

3) An email indicating that your order is complete and ready for pickup

UAV and DJI Purchase Terms

All sales of UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles, drones and flying cameras) are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged to The Camera Store.
