Ratings and Reviews
Excellent upgrade from a beginner DSLR
I upgraded to the D5600 from my D3100. It's an amazing camera and I am very happy with it. I use it mainly for portraiture photography. I am most impressed with the quality of the images. I especially like the bluetooth capabilities that download pics to my phone (this came in real handy at a wedding I did) or it downloads pics to a tablet while I do my newborn photo shoots for the parents to watch. It has it's own wifi signal so you can bridge your view to your phone and access the shutter release right from your phone! The screen flips around like the old camcorders used to do, and it can be flipped over to protect the screen when not in use. The one downfall is: If you are working with a remote flash, this camera does not have the commander mode required to use a remote flash. Yes it is a cropped sensor (full frames cameras are like a big screen tv for your eye) but the qualtiy I have produced from this camera has amazed me as well as a few Nikon professionals :)
