Transmits over 90% of near-infrared light between 700 and 1100 nanometers while blocking virtually all visible and UV light. This filter is ring-mounted to block any visible light from possibly fogging the image.  The thin version of the Singh-Ray I-Ray filter features a thinner design to eliminate vignetting on wide angle lenses.
