Is the darkest of the red filters commonly used for b&w photography. Create dramatic effects by brightening red and orange while darkening blue and blue-green in sky, water and architectural scenes. Darkens blue sky creating dramatic contrast between sky and clouds and creates greater contrast between flowers and foliage. Not recommended for skintones.
