Photo Contests

The Camera Store would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the entrants of the Best Pet Photo Contest. We received an overwhelming response and have had a very difficult time choosing the final photos that will appear on the 2010 The Camera Store reusable shopping bag. The winning entries will receive a $25.00 Gift Certificate and three (3) of the reusable shopping bags that features their image.

The Camera Store has been proud to host three photo contests for SNAP! Photography Seminars during the months of February and March 2010. Each winning entry will receive a pass to Mastering Digital Nature Photography from Capture to Commerce which takes place in Canmore, Alberta on April 24 and 25, 2010.

We would like to thank everyone for their participation in the CPAW'S Capture the Wild Photography Contest. The contest has now ended and the winners will be chosen shortly and notified by a CPAW'S representative.

This contest is now closed. We would like to thank all those who participated in this contest and donated in support of CPAWS and Alberta's wilderness conservation. Winning entries will be announced in the near future, and winning applicants will be notified by a CPAWS representative.

The awards will be presented at the CPAWS Wild Soiree, which will be held in Calgary in November 2011. A silent auction of the award winning photos will take place along with this event.
