How much is Shipping?

Standard sized purchases over $500 are shipped free to most* Canada Express Post destinations.
Standard sized shipments under $500 are $10.00 for most* Canada Express Post destinations.
* If you live somewhere far, far away, you will be contacted  prior to processing your order to discuss any shipping costs.

What about oversize items?

Oversize and/or Heavy items such as backpacks, printers, tripods, large lenses, studio backdrops, lighting kits, etc are charged according to weight & distance and do not qualify for free shipping.

If your order requires any change in shipping costs, we will contact you to confirm the charge and complete your order. 

Can my order be shipped with another courier?

Yes.  Shipping via alternate couriers is available.  e.g. FedEx, Purolator, etc. Please contact us to discuss shipping rates if you wish to use a method other than Canada Post XPress Post.
At this time we do not ship via Greyhound.

If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?

When you receive your order depends on the availability of the product, the shipping method and your location.  If orders are placed before 2pm MST we typically can ship the same day or the next day for in-stock items. An email is sent after your order has been processed letting your know when your order will be shipped out.

During the Christmas season the usual cut off time for same day delivery is approx 12pm MST. If you are in a rush, please contact us at 1-888-539-9397.

Delivery to major Canadian cities is typically in two business days or less.  Rural delivery can be 4-5 business days.

Can you rush my order?

Yes we can, but at an additional charge.  Please contact us to discuss.

If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?

We charge shipping on a per package basis.   As long as we can ship your order in one package the normal fee (either free, standard or oversize shipping) will apply. 

For backordered items you have the option to wait and ship your order together or we can split the shipment in which case an extra shipping fee may apply. 

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?

New customer orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. First-time clients (within a 3 month period) can not have their order shipped to an alternate address.

Established clients (been a customer longer than 3 months) can choose an alternate shipping address, such as a work address or vacation address (within the same province). For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address will be subject to an additional fraud screening process and as a result may cause a delay in the shipment of your order. In order to avoid delays, you must first call your credit card company and add the alternative address to your account file so we are able to call and verify it. If you do not add the alternate address to your credit card account, we cannot verify it, and your order will be held until verification is complete. We will not ship to a third-party. The package must still ship to the name as it appears on the paying credit card. Please note that orders that fail our screening process may be canceled.

Do you ship to countries other than Canada?

No, we only deliver physical products to Canada.
