Introducing the Fujifilm X-S1: The New Standard in Long Zoom Bridge Cameras

"FUJIFILM Canada Inc is proud to announce a new addition to its X-Series digital camera lineup, the FUJIFILM X-S1 premium long zoom camera, combining the large 12MP 2/3-inch EXR-CMOS sensor of the FUJIFILM X10 with a newly developed FUJINON 26x optical precision zoom lens to produce sharp, high-quality images." - FujiFilm Canada Press Release

The size and versatility of this style of camera makes it a great portable option. To get the same zoom range of the FUJIFILM X-S1 (24-624mm) on a DSLR, you would need an arsenal of lenses. Your shots can be framed with either the large 3” LCD, or the incredibly sharp 1.44 million dot electronic viewfinder. The X-S1 also offers full manual exposure control and RAW shooting, giving you enormous creative control. For videographers, the X-S1 offers full 1080P video, with the option for an external microphone.

We have been impressed with the X-Series line up thus far, and with this camera sharing the sensor from the fantastic X-10, the quality and performance of this new addition should be no different. Contact us now to be added to the waiting list for this exciting new super-zoom!
