Nikon D3s and Nikkor AF-S DX Micro 85mm f3.5G ED VR Announced

Nikon just announced the D3S, it features improved high-ISO image quality, a 720p D-Movie mode with external stereo mic jack, approximately double the burst depth of the D3, a useful 1.2x crop mode and various other refinements.

The Nikon D3S is aimed at the working photojournalist and includes some fantastic new features including a new image sensor, a beefier buffer, quiet shutter mode, Active D-Lighting bracketing and more.

Also available is the Nikkor AF-S DX Micro 85mm f3.5G ED VR, a medium-telephoto 85mm Micro lens (picture angle is equivalent to a focal length of 127.5mm in FX/35mm format) with a 1:1 magnification ratio.
