Panasonic has released two new Lumix point-and-shoot cameras, the DMC-FZ35 and the DMC-ZR1. Both cameras will be available early fall 2009, we are currently taking pre-orders. Click the links below for more information.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35
This camera is a unique high-zoom point-and-shoot camera that includes advanced features like HD video recording. It resembles and functions similarly to the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28, and records in HD video. This versatile model makes it a great choice for someone who wants a hybrid device that shoots high-quality still and motion images.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZR1
The pocketable ZR1 is a powerful compact camera with some bells and whistles. It features a 0.3mm thin aspherical lens, allowing for a compact body that still features a powerful 25mm ultra-wide-angle, 8x optical zoom EICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens, which is impressive for such a compact model.
