This hands-on workshop with Nicole Parker will help you understand how to use your camera to the full potential. Our instructor will guide you through the various settings of your camera and show you ways to utilize manual settings, creative techniques, lenses, and accessories.
The topics that will be covered in this course include:
• Camera controls (aperture, shutter speeds, ISO & white balance)
• Lens choices
• Creative techniques & composition
• How to use filters
• Working with a tripod

Liability Release Forms are required for off-site workshops. We will have copies for you to sign at the workshop.
About the Instructor:
Nicole Parker has a penchant for portrait and architectural work, but her true passion is capturing the natural world. While studying Photojournalism at SAIT she worked as Photo Editor of the campus newspaper, The Weal. When she’s not helping clients at The Camera Store, she keeps busy by pursuing freelance photographic opportunities.
